RESALE

Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum Opening Order and Reorders: $150 USD (before tax and shipping)

Minimum order quantities
Bookmarks / Stickers / Greeting Cards: 6 units of each design
(that means you only need to find 9 designs you can't live without to get started / easy we got this!)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

Payments will be processed exclusively through our wholesale portal or Faire.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground (with tracking provided).

All international orders are shipped via USPS unless a shipping account is provided. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

FUFILLMENT TIMES

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to ship. Post-show and holiday orders may require additional processing time, any delays would be communicated right away.

If your order requires special packaging please allow for additional time to accommodate.

 If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email wholesale@sugarpopchic.com with images of the damaged or defective items.

If you order through our Faire page, you may be able to make a return through Faire and should contact them directly: support@faire.com.
